Yeah, I know, but these events have a certain amount of scripted dialogue between NPCs, in shout mode, to alert and inform all the PCs to the events. Then, as people come see "what the commotion is..." I enter direct assistance to them...then then next scene has some NPC dialogue, again, in shout mode. This is the standard in this PW module.

Its pretty much a one-time Event in a PW to show that I have a good grasp of the DM tools and the capabilities to use them in a creative way.

Then in game you can use ctrl+v to enter your copied text once you have a prompt in the chat box.

Another option (which would involve a lot of typing) is simply to retype it all into the chat bar and use the last tab of the Journal Menu(the notes section) to recall the text you need. You should find the written notes of the Journal section as a text file with the same name as your DM .bic file. So if you are dmfoo.bic, then your journal notes will be dmfoo.txt. This is a useful way to create a brief "quick reference" for your campaigns and not have to mess with writing out your notes or sticky Post-Its or whatnot (still the best option, but most people only have so much desk space, what with the pizzas and soft-drinks and speakers and keyboard and...).

Another option is the "DMFI Voice Wand" that was mentioned earlier.

Also, determine what really, truly needs to be said in order for the players to operate (the good bits, the Cliff Notes, the condensed Reader's Digest version). Let the players do most of the talking, and take the role of the guide and the prompter rather than the speaker. Find the quiet players and ask them direct questions to get them involved. Cut off the more loquacious players when they get too wordy or too dominating. Designate a party leader who makes final decisions (either OOC'ly or IC'ly... the chief of a tribe, the mayor of the village will walk up to the most prominent member of the party). Above all, react to what the players say, rather than running off a script. Otherwise, you run into the "Wedding Preacher" problem, where everyone will just lose interest because they know you are running off of a pre-written script.
