Server Utility Wanted - any ideas?

A linux server admin question:

If one particular httpd thread is running wild in the 99% CPU range, out of say 200 httpd threads in a system of hundreds of domains and thousands of pages.

Is there any way to locate the exact page/ script that triggered the condition? Other than guessing?
