Monthly.
Are there also peaks times of the year when people sign up more?

well I hope you have a good host that allows lots of bandwidth and their overage is cheap, I have only 5gig and I went over it three days into the month and my overage is an outragous 2.5$ per gig, so im looking for a new one at the moment.
