The Biblical story of Noah's Ark was complete theft from the Epic of Gilgamesh, mythic tales from the Sumerian civilization. There's zero evidence Noah existed, there is evidence King Gilgamesh did.

What's incredible about the Flood Story is that virtually ever ancient civilization discovered on this planet including the Native Americans have a very similar Flood Story/Myth. Our Native Americans had no idea that the Middle East existed and the people of the Middle East had no idea the continents of the Americas existed.

It's a complete mystery, it seems probable that there must have been a great flood that affected the entire world and the stories of it got passed down BUT the story narratives being so similar is unexplainable. It's been suggested that there must have been more travel by water than we have proof of and the ark story spread to these far flung civilizations by word of mouth.

No Bro. Would be a cool story but it never happened. Did you know that scientists can see evidence of a single prehistoric tsunami? There would be massive amounts of hard evidence if anything like the big flood ever went down. Here's the thing: Where ever you are...wait long enough...and there will be a massive flood. Honestly, I have empathy for Donny's tragic losses. I'm fortunate that none of my loved ones have died senselessly as a result of drug or alcohol abuse (although my family is pretty boring - no drug addicts, and only a few that drink too much for their own good - most of them are nice Christians too; I really don't try to push my atheist beliefs on them - we try to get along and don't let our differences divide us that much).

Contrary to what a few of my critics on GFY have at times implied or suggested, while I consume copious amounts of cannabis (legally), I don't actually use any other drugs, and I haven't even consumed alcohol in almost 3 years (I quit without 12 Steps/Jebus). I rarely even smoke cannabis, as I consider smoking an unhealthy practice, and instead mostly vaporize or consume cannabis edibles (just made a batch of yummy brownies last night).

I was simply pointing out that instead of grandstanding/preaching about the evils of porn (and omitting/embellishing/lying while doing so), and being a general hypocrite, Donny might want to focus on the things that have been killing family members around him.

I would rather have my family members getting off to porn than destroying their lives and ultimately killing themselves with drugs and alcohol, but those are my priorities.
