Most cam models scam. If they get a whale they get them to send them paypals and money paks. Charge it to the game.

My problem with Support has nothing to do with Vegas.

Thats weird.. their support with us has been good... I mention Vegas because i know their down there... and by experience i know that while at shows usually everyone is slower on responding and following up on issues. Also since their traffic and online models have ramp up in the last months im guessing they are handling a lot more if issues...

Still all the above are no excuse for them to not respond quickly...

Usually we (studios) are not taken so seriously by some companies... hate to say it but its the true .. some companies do not give us the importance we deserved

Some companies full of support guys pay the studios only 30%-35%, as have lots of admin salaries to pay. Sites paying 50%+ and lots of support guys (who get salary) is unlikely.
