I've just sold my sites and tried to join them to be paid what they owe me.
I've written them via e-mail and ICQ.
No answer but the thing is that my accounts have been closed.
The amounts were as following :

Videosz = $229
Ztod = $74

What can I do against these fucking bastards ?

When you icq'd, you didnt put a link in the message did you? Sometimes that will get blocked as possible spam. And dont just say "hello", put the entire reason you're messaging.
People may say it's not a lot of money or whatever, but thats frankly irrelevant unless you broke terms of service. So nothing wrong with asking to be paid out if you don't know why the accounts are closed.

BTW, many TOS state if you dont send clicks in XX period of time (60 days or whatever it may be) that you forfeit monies owed. I'd suggest trying to read the TOS to see if this is the case. And THEN I'd craft a POLITE letter acknowledging your error and request disbursment of funds. Might add a please and thank you here and there.

Try not to feel too badly though. I just found some checks from 2003 that were from closed processors. That money has been long gone for years with zero zero zero chance of getting it paid. Zero.

I'm usually on the side of the affiliate and maybe I still am in your case. Just not sure yet. But it seems you gave him two days to respond before going off like this. That seems a little quick. Not everyone responds in a day or two. I would have given at least a week or two. Are you sure he suspended your account recently and not a long time ago due to inactivity? When was the last time it worked?

The screenshot he shows looks to show just a rebill or two in July 2007-2010. Plus most cards expire in 2 - 3 years at maximum. If you haven't been sending traffic in the last couple years (Have you?) I don't see how you expect many rebills if any.

I find it amazing that a new board member (just a couple of posts at the time the original posting was made) can come here, post an allegation of moneys owed, then hurl abuse the person who the allegation was directed at when they front up and answer the question.

The OP has posted no proof, has sold the sites that earnt the money.

As I said earlier in a previous post, the OP is basically screwed. No sites, no records, no screenshots, no proof - simply a figure of an amount allegedly owed.

I've sold my sites on the 23th of April, then I've tried to contact every sponsors who owed me some money. The 24th was the date I've contacted clement for the first time. The 25th or the 26th, my accounts were deleted without any acknowledgement. Please see my sig. I've uploaded 3 emails with proofs of
-contacting videosz for a password retrieval on the 24th of April 2012,
-that a videosz sale was made after the 15th of July 2010 which appears to be the last time clement gave me something on HIS screencap,
-a ztod sale was made after 2008 (clement says that no sale was made after 2008), IN 2011 exactly.
