Internet Explorer users have lower IQ says study

Internet Explorer users have a lower than average IQ, according to research by Consulting firm AptiQuant.

The study gave web surfers an IQ test, then plotted their scores against the browser they used.

IE surfers were found to have an average IQ lower than people using Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Users of Camino and Opera rated highest.

I used to be an IT guy, once I went around to fix some guy's PC, he was the type like you describe, in his mid-50's, signed up to Norton and everything, (still had viruses everywhere). I gave him AdAware, told him it was free, next thing while I'm not there he finds a way to pay for it. Anyway, he starts telling me about how to make money online, he's been to all these "Get Rich Quick" sites on the web that show Cruise Ships, Sports Cars and Mansions. Turns out he paid $15,000 on one of them for a bunch of "Get Rich Quick" videos, after watching them he worked out it was a complete waste of his time as they only contained information that was already available for free. He emailed asking for a refund, but they just ignored him. He now accepts it as money lost.

IE9 is not that bad, currently there is no perfect browser, I moved to Chrome after FF pissed me, but Chrome is also buggy, especially password storing does not work good for me

I read somewhere that Mac users have a lower IQ too. It appeared to be from a legitimate survey, but you never know with those things.
