The forum is membership based and there are several levels. It operated on vBulletin 3.80 with a few standard mods in place. Integrated into it is aMember which handles the payments and memberships. Buyer will get the licenses to both.
We use Verotel for payment processing and transferring the account can be easily achieved, I already enquired.
Revenue is from the memberships, banners sales and some adult friend finder commissions. The forum makes roughly $1400 / month and the server costs about $350 - you make a net amount of $1000+ / month
The forum is administered by a team of dedicated staff who volunteer their time. I have very rarely ever intervened or had to do any work. On the VERY rare occasion if I receive an email or contact from someone asking me to remove his/her photos I do that and that is the only work I do.
