I guess he buys them like a 1 month deal from someone and then resell them like a 12 month deal=SCAM! Anyway I doubt this guy owns these sites.

Be sure you can prove you own the sites you are trying to sell links on. I'm pretty sure you don't own these 12 PR4 sites.
