Questions about EMAIL LEADS

I'm putting something together and would like some input from you guys as to the 'sellability' of the the info that will be gathered.

Lets say I had email addresses with the following characteristics:

NOTE: Please don't slam me or get your panties in a bunch over these things. Please take me at my word that I'll be able to make good on ALL these claims. Questions? contact me PRIVATELY

--- 100% Adult opted in.

--- Thousands of new ones added daily

--- EVERY ADDRESS was GUARANTEED to be DELIVERABLE into the mailbox

--- The emails themselves were GUARANTEED to have a MUCH HIGHER THAN AVERAGE rate of getting opened.

--- You were 100% assured that your domain would NOT be flagged for spamming

and I saved the best for last

--- That many -- perhaps most or all -- of the leads came with a profile of their LIKES and DISLIKES (ie. Likes Blonde Teens with Big tits .. doesn't like anal or interracial)

Several other categories too. Webcam preferences .. Dating Preferences ... Casino Preferences ... Ever bought Viagra???

This is no joke. I'll be unveiling more about this in Vegas.


I'm looking at various options:

--- Selling the list outright plus a subscription to the new ones as they come in.

--- Renting the list for a certain # of mailings

--- Doing SOLO MAILERS for the client (they don't get to see the addresses)

--- Doing co-op mailings -- 2-3 non-competing sponsors in each

--- I could do my own mailings for PPS or REVSHARE deals. but that doesn't mean the above options aren't viable, too

If $3.00 is the going rate for a 'garden variety' email what would these HOREMONE ENRICHED ones be REASONABLY worth? I want to be fair and offer the buyers a good value. What would be fair for all involved?
