I don't particularly follow their blog, but I'm on their network and know their background. They wouldn't toss props to something that doesn't do what it says it will. So I'm faithful your product works. I'll get in touch with you some day here when I got some money aside for another app. Got a couple other things I want to pick up first.

I'm willing to put in the work, but this bot was advertised as something relatively easy... I'd much rather work off examples/pre-made bots, and start with editing them to my needs and learn the program that way.

I don't want to get all frustrated trying to build a bot from scratch and have it fuck up a million times before getting it to work

I found ubot maybe a year ago, downloaded it and then spent the next couple of weeks shooting support IMs and a few emails and never heard anything. I liked the concept, but after hearing 0 for support I hope you guys have stepped your game up this time around

Arock10 -- back then it was only Seth developing, selling and supporting the software. Now it is Seth, Me, Alex, Jason and Jim. We are growing. We have been growing real fast -- so yes, sometimes the support threads take some time to reply. But we do try to clear all support threads ASAP.

We are building on our resources -- our top priority is adding features to UBot Studio and make it even more awesome. We are building a community around our product while pumping up our support resources.
