I have not ZERO to promote this site in any way other than some cross linking. All the traffic is organic, or from links. I have done nothing else for this site. I did not even turn on memberships until two months ago. I used this site to niche up sell a different site which I sold a month ago.

I can provide you back ups for the websites if you need them. Which includes 30 second promo clips for use on tubes, or submits. Galleries, or other things available for the site. The celebrity sites do not have promo material.

For those who've asked about me shooting more content in the future. You should have received that pricing information. Price varies whether you are a first release/custom. Or you are just buying semi exclusive bulk later down the road.

As it stands right now, there are 7 seriously interested parties for the main foot fetish site. 5 for either only one, or both, celebrity sites. Right now it would appear whomever can get the money together first wins. If you need anything else from me, just let me know. I will help you get the sites and content migrated as easily as possible from my host to yours. My domains are at Monikor, and these sites are hosted at PHATSERVERS. On the main foot fetish sites ($6000.00) I also have available a TGP that was afake TGP I used to drive some traffic back in the day.

It only has galleries for this main site. So you have the gallery submit content, although you would want to do new galleries for the content, and you could use it yourself. Or just re-skin the TGP for your own purposes.

It runs on TGPX I believe. I am not longer using the TGP for anything since I no longer promote this pay site. That said, I checked my Google Analytics today and saw that this TGP also has some killer SERPS for relevant keywords.

I no longer need this TGP and you can take it along with the pay site. So you get even more tools for you to promote the site, and even more nice SERP results for your pleasure.

24 members x 29.95 = $718.8 x 6 months = $4312.80

This is the last of my pay sites on CCB. I believe there is a way to sign over that account with a form (change of ownership). You can take that over, and the rebilling memberships.

Verotel I can't do that with. Their system does not allow me to pull one pay site from the pack and sign off on it. I can do that with the $1500.00 celebrity site because it is billed separately from the other sites.

I do not have an affiliate program set up for my old pay sites.

For those asking to take the niche pay site alone. Nothing else. $4000.00 and it's yours.

If you are serious about getting into a niche, you are not going to get much better start to it then a foot fetish pay site with 800 scenes, a ton of 1st Page KW. A TGP with even more foot fetish keywords. Sales still coming in from the pay site and clips store. Traffic still coming in. Free redesign of the pay site. Plus the other foot site with traffic for this price.

You close the deal and in no time you have a foot fetish network of sites with sales and traffic and a ton of 1st page organic results. If you can't see the value in that, you need to find another business.

Come with cash. Not interested in trades.
