I think probably you're right,

Dig appears to be a great online tool (which I'll use from now on!!! thanks Denny), I don't know what parameters Dig use, fx.nu have 3 links one PR4 one PR2 and other without, anyway, have a PR4 for begin (fake or not) it can be a really adventage, if then you use it bad, or you dump google sure it's a problem for your traffic, but I don't think that Google will banned it so much time, especially when google feel when changing IP (the new hosting IP), if nobody buy it to me, I will try to demostrate (if I can)

It is valid PR4 but not for index page, that is for inner page, that now don't exist, almost don't backlinks, so PR4 for this domain is useless

Only value is this is 2 letter domain, but dot NU is also useless so my seggestion is to take that 100$ for this and GFY.
