Let us write for you! - JITCopywriting.com
Hello there! It is a fantastic morning here in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. I hope all is going well for you today! I'd like to introduce JITCopywriting.com (Just In Time Copywriting).
JITCopywriting is a new copywriting business that specializes in blogging, short story writing and other miscellaneous tasks (which may include description writing, batch photo processing, etc). We love repetitive work! We take on new projects and deliver them to you "Just In Time" according to our agreement. We enjoy working to the satisfaction of our customers so we'll regularly ask for feedback to make sure the particular writing style and content is up to par with what you had in mind for your project. The pricing for your project depends on the type of content, length and date delivered. Typically a 250 word blog post would cost around $3.50 and the turnaround is usually 24hrs to a maximum of 48hrs (we're hiring incase this becomes a problem). Our writers grew up on North American soil and fully speak (and understand) the English language. Please email us at inquiry (at) jitcopywriting.com and we'll get back to you with a more accurate quote. Thanks kindly, www.JITCopywriting.com |

We gave you a small project .to write ?about us? content for 8 blogs. The customer service was poor and you where unable to complete the project.
You really need to improve your customer service, and clearly state when you are unable to complete a project. Waiting almost a week for a simple project, then getting an e-mail 20 mins. before the project is do, that you need additional information is rather suspect at best. |

Dont really want to steal your thread, but if you're unhappy with him, give me a try. I can get you sound references from current GFY users and have plenty of examples. Contact me, details are in my sig.

Hi there,
This past week was hell for me and the clients I was writing for. I was over booked in work and my personal life and I straight up couldn't finish my work. Both of the clients I was working with were upset with my timing. I agree that it was not as described. I offered to write both for free. They accepted. Client 1 posted on this thread saying I have poor customer service. It appears that way from this one experience. I tried doing your work, but your site had nothing on it and it was hard to write up an about us statement with a few keywords. I guess a simple "I can't do it" would have worked and I apologize. From the customer end of this statement I definitely agree with what you said. I couldn't deliver but I want you to honestly know that when I was able to work I did give it an honest shot. Best of luck in your search for a new writer. I hear www.adultcopywriters.com is pretty good! Client 2 will likely post on this topic in the future. Again, the same situation with client 1 except client 2 was rather pushy (sent me work saying he needs it done asap without discussing it prior to sending it) and said something that someone could take offensively as a threat. I stopped replying to him after I showed him a sample of a completed post and asked if it was good enough only to hear something to the tune of stop emailing excuses. Simply put: Family before business. I didn't have time to live up to my expectations. I thought I could pull it off. I tried doing it for free but still had problems with client 1's work, that's when I should have told him I couldn't do it rather than delay it. Client 2 didn't care to see how I wanted to make sure it was good enough before sending the completed work (had the base work done + sent, just was awaiting clarification on the touch ups). What I'm sorry about: - Breaking fulfillment of duties. - Taking too long to respond. I learned that I should say no to a project that I can't grasp or that I have a hard time writing about. Also hire a backup writer incase the work is already hired and awaiting delivery. In those cases I apologize to you two and the population of GFY for this occurrence, it won't happen again. If I do ever have an issue with my work and personal life, it will be handled in a more effective manner with the use of a backup plan. I know my business and it's name have gone to poop, but I always strive to better myself and make things right. I hope people realize this -- that I fucked up but and I'm sorry. |

Since you referenced my post. I?ll address the same. "You said you tried doing your work, buy your site but it had nothing on it." That is not correct there is a site in place, further I provided you with keywords, and a written example using the keywords. Any EXPERINCED writer would be able to formulate a simple 150 word about us page, with that information. So spare me the sarcasm!! Also if you misrepresent what actually happen again, I will post the entire e-mail which chronicles what exactly happen.
Once again I stand by my statement that your customer service is poor. Everyone runs into problems, but keeping a client informed of problems, and completing the project is part of customer service. Quote:

And to the author of this thead, may this serve as a lesson to you: don't bring your drama to gfy, ALWAYS handle it directly with the client. |

Yes I know, client 2 is already talking about making my life hell, anyway, I know I fucked up so don't worry I won't be offering my services anymore. Note that ACW is a great place to get your posts from.
