Hit you up..The reason for the difference in toplist stats is that he has a hardlink from crossdresstgp.com to cdtgp.com which is not entered into the trade script, accounting for alot of traffic. Figure in bookmarkers and SE and that is the difference. Hit me back and I'll get you in direct contact with the owner so that you can discuss details.

But wouldn't that be a very serious problem to consider?

After the site is purchased, why would he continue to send "alot of traffic" from crossdresstgp.com to cdtgp.com

If that accounts for "alot for traffic" (as you mention), it's difficult for me to consider that traffic as being part of the value of cdtgp.com

With that being said, I am in the same boat as shermsshack, if you'll take less I might consider it..

With that being said, I am in the same boat as shermsshack, if you'll take less I might consider it..

Here is the info I am now getting from the owner. Site does 10-11k raw and 7-8k unique per day. Is fed 3k per day from crossdresstgp.com. Link will stay up for 5 days after sale. So will actually be doing 7-8k raw/4-5k unique after that. (Sorry, I was under the wrong impression) He is willing to negotiate price. If you're interested just hit me up and I will put you in direct contact with the owner and he will be able to verify stats for you as well as discuss any other details with you.

its a couple days later and now and the public toplist is over 13k and total in is 16k. 16k is not bad for being just 2 weeks old, feeding it only 2k a day and that it will be at 50k by next week . What i wanted to have the broker do wa get a point across to buyers...this site is going to take off like my last one did... 10k to 70k in a few days times. I am going to hold it back for a few days more. Than I am just going to keep it. The two sites will look good in the first and second positions of most of my bid trades.

it apparently was not me...

he needed time to divert his traffic from tgp's.. i mainly wanted the name..

and then without consulting me, the site was sold under my feet,,,

i have come to the conclusion that gfy really sucks for domain sales.. i mean it really sucks..

i am sticking with sedo, wich also sucks, but at least my money is safe ....

Your money was always safe ... I didnt take a dime from you for that domain.

It was either sell you the domain for $200 or sell the site with the domain for $1000 which was offered later that night and the sale went off without a hitch..

I am sorry it it turned this way.

Just to dissolve any concern of fraud, this is correct (no money was exchanged.. my wording may have incorrectly implied that when speaking about sedo)..

My post was more about being frustrated with using forums to purchase domain names without a third party to handle the transaction.
