It could mean several things, but when you say it it comes out to be "forbidden" or "for biding" the last person that owned it used it for a auction site, I have been selling toys on it myself, have had a few sales but nothing steady to brag about. At one time I was thinking of making it a Adult Auction site but never got motivated.
