What about hundreds of perfect hardlinks pointed to this same domain ? Why you didn't screenshot that ? You are trying to sell backlinks on the basis of high authority, The end-user doesn't get the benefits of the high DA because it means crap on the sites using google re directs to bump the DA

I don't know about bad keywords on his other websites but if you get related post content to your website and avoid bad words there will be no problem with backlinks...this is how I am thinking about backlinks from websites

A simple semrush search shows what the site ranks for and the content on the site.
