This by wire transfer of $500 to verify that my bank details and my profile details were the same. So they refunded my $200 Paypal minus the $3. I just used random details for my profile and since apparently at some point you can't change them, hence I just gave up on it. It converted decently for CPA for that particular country. Hence why I'm interested in continuing my CPA experiment by buying an account. Anybody selling? Cheers guys
