This means that when you login to your ePassporte Account, you will only be able to see your Wallet balance. As a consequence, inquiries regarding your Visa Card balance must be directed to St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank. St Kitts Bank is responsible for all funds on Visa Cards. Actually hopefully the bank is seizing it and will start paying people out after proving your identity. Epass has had 3 weeks to do something but hasn't so perhaps this is GOOD in regards to getting your VV money. Maybe you'll all get your money now (although some time later)? Either way I think Epass as it is now is gone. It'll be hard to bounce from this.

What is going on now, when will the balances appear, when am I gonna get my money? Why isn't epassporte working this out with the bank? They are the ones that set up all this shit with the bank, why is it our problem now?

I don't know. It's all speculation now. I imagine they'll need to seize the database or some such info. I would think they'll come up with an official claims process which probably means it'll be a while before people get their money. :(

Your statement makes sense if the companies cared. In our case, this was over a long time ago. I don't think we're going to get our money back. Any thing beyond what happened is wishful thinking and nothing more.
