I am trying to find out what the issue is with the ACH/Credit card withdrawals.

I have shared all the information I have received from management but so as you can see I have been just as much in the dark as everyone else. I have pushed for more information to be given out with no success.

If you saved your renewal letter that is where you VV number is.. it was never fully listed with all details on the mainpage anways.

I'm on the phone line with them and I wanted to know something about ACH/cc/debit withdrawals not going out and they wanted to know all of my data, which includes last 4 digits of my cards, but you can't access them in Online Statement (all of data is missing there). so i had to pull the renewal letter to get a VV number, then the electron card...

You can get your VV number if you go into your epassporte inbox and look for the 'Important Account Information' email that you recieved upon opening your epass account.

That is until access to the message centre is blocked.
