I have been with them for 13 years now.

Their new accounting employee -Jessica Mazzoni- is pissing me off + they it takes days and days and days te reply to a support ticket.

I HAVE FUCKING ENOUGH !!!!

Any good host to recommand ?

so far server not crashed.

Was with them for 3 years, sever crashed constantly, support response times were terrible, they even couldn't get simple tasks right and crashed 2 of my sites because they allocated ip's to 2 different customers. Add all the threads and warnings about them and you have to be an idiot to go with them

Then again if you are the same DVTimes I see on that other boards you are an idiot of epic stature, so no surprise there.

CHMOD, I feel your pain. I also have a problem with Jessica.

I really get pissed off by her e-mails threatening to suspend my account, pretty much every month, even though I must have explained to her at least 10 times that the due date on my account should be on the 20th, and not the 1st of every month.

And she NEVER replies to my e-mails.

Gerard, I'm sending you an e-mail too, copying Jessica on it.

It sounds like WA has, or their billing system, set up for 1st as the due date regardless of when you had started. Something a lot of hosts do. They want their money on the first.

However, typically there is a prorating done in the first month or something?

I have had a dedicated box with www.webair.com for over 6 years and never had any problems at all. When I need something done I write text support or Mike or Gerard and it gets done. I like the service so much I ordered another dedicated server with Webair this morning for some of my sites. I also have a 100mbs server over at www.choopa.com and they have been alright as well for the last couple years. www.yellowfiber.com is another great company I have a server with and Zak will take care of you. Two thumbs up for all of the host mentioned above.

That makes sense. I know a lot of providers run their billing on the first for ALL clients no matter when the signed up. However, they're SHOULD be a pro-rated month somewhere. Whether the first month, or when they switch over to that other billing system.

It would get annoying to be sure.
