I realize that they used my credit card to bill me for my dedicated server. I DIDN'T ALLOW THEM TO USE IT FOR MY DEDICATED SERVER. I allowed to take 6$/month on that card, not 750$ + she double billed me this month !!! I emailed Jessica explaining the problem. The girl is like a civil servant : unable to think. She doesn't seem to be able to use her brain. Emailing her is a waiste of time. + Bad support when I got hacked on my server last month + my actual support ticket is unanswered since 5 days now. I am giving it a last shot with Gerard. |

I have always had good service Webair...... especially considering their low prices for managed dedicated boxes.

I've been with Webair for a couple of years and they always replied very fast.

I just had a chat with Gerard ...by the way, thanks for giving me his contact infos...
He was very helpfull and took care of everything. :thumbsup It is a big decision to leave a company you've been dealing with since... I thought it was 13 years...but it is even been 14 years now ! So I am happy that he helped me out and... Maybe they should have a little chat with Jessica... I mean being a pain in the ass with an old client is not the best idea an employee can have. If Gerard woudn't have helped me, I would really have moved to another host. |
