Profits of Doom 12-13-2009 03:16 PM

I don't promote them anymore, but there was a period of a year or so when I always had to hit someone up to get paid, which used to really piss me off. Eventually when I got a Payoneer card I started to get my payments on time...

jerzeemedia 12-13-2009 03:19 PM

I get my payments like clockwork from 'em.

CunningStunt 12-13-2009 03:21 PM

No problem whatsoever, ever.

Seems people are jumping on the "Slur the sponsor" bandwagon. When it's a legitimate case like DirtyFuck, it's cool, when it isn't, it's just lame :2 cents:

alias 12-13-2009 03:22 PM

The mail IS super fucked this time of year, I speak from experience in the postal stream. It sucks balls.

the real magoo 12-13-2009 03:24 PM

Ok, glad you guys got paid..hopefully something will turn up next week

brassmonkey 12-13-2009 04:26 PM

on time alwayz

Robbie 12-13-2009 04:42 PM

Got my latest check on Friday.

Go into your affiliate account and look on the page where it says "Payment Type"
That tells you whether you are going to be paid or not. Then go into your stats and you can look at payments and see when and how much the last check was that was sent to you.

goldfish 12-13-2009 05:24 PM

Got paid by them yesterday as a matter of fact. Well, got their check in the mail just like I have every 2 weeks for 11 years.

greg80 12-13-2009 05:47 PM

always paid on time on epassporte

Elli 12-13-2009 11:43 PM

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. The office will be open in the morning, so please contact your affiliate manager, myself, or Sagi and we will be able to sort things out for you. You can also call the office directly. The phone number is (800) 388-0760 (toll free) or
(408) 745-5555 (tel).

They pay like clockwork

AsianDivaGirlsWebDude 12-14-2009 12:38 AM

AFF loses money like clockwork too (under Andrew and Lars the company had a $81 million debt, before the company sunk another $442 million into debt, with the acquisition).

Meanwhile, AFF apparently continues to support some of the biggest content thieves around, which has crippled our industry badly (not to mention the iBill-Penthouse connection).

BTW, how's the IPO, which was supposed to bail them out, coming along (they announced it over a year ago)? :upsidedow

HAPPYPEEKERS 12-14-2009 01:13 AM

In over 10 years we have always been paid by them on time.

Who cares, do they pay? Seems the answer is yes.

A big problem with the adult industry is that too many people/companies do not care, and they instead place short term profits over ethics, even if it means undermining and doing long-term damage to their own industry.

Unfortunately, many people in the adult industry have no business acumen whatsoever, which is why so many fail so miserably in the long run.

The worst part is that some who have the biggest success, are also the biggest lying thieves/scammers around, willing to knowingly sell out an entire industry for their own selfish benefit.

No one should forget that AFF has aided and abetted many of the shadiest companies behind the current downturn in the adult industry.

I find it somewhat comical, but also sad, that so many people still kiss the asses of the very people who are screwing their industry over.

The owners of AFF have made lots of money scamming people for a long time, even though it is not reflected in the bottom line of their failing company (the reality is that they have been running up huge losses in recent years).

If they had a good business model, they wouldn't have sold off to such a shady company as they did (I remind you about the iBill-Penthouse connection), and the IPO would have already occurred, and would be paying dividends by now.

I suspect that the principals currently in charge don't care, as long as they can cash in at the expense of many others before their house of cards collapses from it's own weight.

Sagi is looking into mine. It seems like they may have had a programming glitch, which they are fixing. Probably just a short wait then.

Buddy with that much debt, what do you expect from a human? They obviously need to keep themselves in a job.. . I agree with what you say but that is not the focus of this thread.

out there in the real world real criminals have blow up and looted the financial system and driven then economy into the ground and will likey send untold billions into poverty and suffering for decades. the worst that online adult does is absolute pansy-ass to what is going out there in the larger economy. there is no comparison. it;s like comparing stalin to a slow kid who licked a sucker at a candy whop without paying for it.

it all gets to be a bit rich when people go on about "this industry" this "this industry" that "this industry is it's own worst enemy" when somehow without little government regulation every month thousands put food on the table working in online adult and millions of consumers jack off happily and one of the worst issues is a guy named "dirty d" stiffing a guy - from when you look at his party pics - who seems to be an old bro of his for $400.

if anything the cato institute should study online adult as a chaotic but real time example of a working anarcho-capitalism.

really, sometimes people around here lose all perspective.
