I wrote a letter to them explaining that a website, on their servers, was abusing the system & should be warned with the removal of the abusing text wrote on the site. It was childish remarks & was being used to abuse other webmasters. They told me to get an attorney involved.

Downtime is relative word,it can mean apache downtime,mysql downtime,hardware downtime,network downtime etc.So if on his case apache went down it means only his sites experience downtime.

Actually it sounds like good business. They do not force a webmaster remove content without going through the proper legal procedures. I would not want to host with someone who would pull my sites the first time some idiot like you started whining about whatever they did not like. :2 cents:

Though... I personally was not a fan of webair when I tried them years ago.

I lost a lot of money.

Something tells me Webair is not going to compensate this to me.

I had like 500 domains across a few servers with them, they were all hacked, with every html page getting java script installed on them. Thousands of pages. They told me to manually erase the java script myself after denying the hack a few times. They OVER charge for shitty virtuals. I would never use them again.

I use Webair and have for a year now and can't imagine finding a better server provider.
