I'm tired of patents that are so damn obvious. The company I work for (as well as every other major dating company) was sued by a troll for get this... A patent on a system which shows different information if you're logged in as opposed to when you aren't...

WTF?! These software patents get handed out like candy because the USPO doesn't know WTF they're doing...
