it would make sense if you work hard, you eat less because you arnt thinking about food all the time and by the time you get to eat, its already 10 PM and then you sleep at 3 am in the morning, when you loose sleep, you loose weight.

if you work hard, you should be skinny, if your fat then you must do alot of reading the board, checking stats fucking around and eating donuts...

Surprisingly, most people would guess my weight around 200lbs. At Paramount Canada's Wonderland i did that weight guessing game, the guessed 198. It was just after I ate, so I was about 275 on their scale. I swear the guy was SHOCKED. He said he had never been off by that much in his life, lol. Keep in mind that I WAS a major gym buff, lol.

I am just to damn hyper active, I cant set still I will pace while thinking of a idea or jet leg while sitting down.

I have to totally disagree with you on this. I'm thin and I have always been thin. The more I work the less time I have to get up and make something to eat and the more weight I loose. When i get really busy I totally tend to skip meals and just end up loosing weight.

I make a conscious effort to at least work out every now and then just to stay a bit fit and not get scrawny otherwise this job would turn me into a broomstick.

If you are fat and have pudge it's because of "what" you eat. Most Americans can't cook shit and eat crappy food daily. I don't eat fast food, soda, premade microwave meals, canned food or any other crappy junk food.

I cook good home cooked meals almost daily with FRESH ingredients.

If you guys stoped eating crap you wouldn't have any pudge.

How many of you guys are holding a "Pepsi" as your reading this?

I think we have such a huge obesity problem in the US because Americans don't know how to eat right.

5'9" 155lbs. I eat all the time, but can't seem to gain any weight.

Haha..I've gained about 50 pounds since I started in 96.

I do need to exercise more.

I just recently started working out again. I used to bench 210, and only weighed 150lbs.

I haven't worked out in years... but, can still bench 180lbs. Go figure.

Anyhow, I'm going to take a boxing class starting in January. It should be interesting at least.
