any tips on how I can avoid this tomorrow.....

Drink a few glasses of ice water right before you go to bed, this works for moderate levels

buy a big bottle of gatorade and dont forget to drink the whole thing before bed. Also, be sure to get a huge burrito on your way home.

If it fails and you feel like shit in the morning, put a shot of scotch in your morning coffee, the hair of the dog methond

im an expert drinker and I have a dog. What does my dog have to do with drinking and preventing a hangover?.......

I have to walk the little fucker every morning.

Gatorade will replenish the lost sugar in the body from drinking. (why you get dehydrated)

The burrito acts as a giant mexican sponge.

Definately take an hour or so to drink water before you go to bed. It makes a huge difference in the morning.

Gatorade helps a lot... also if you have alka seltzer cold medicine thats some amazing stuff. It really helps a bad hangover for some reason.

had my friend buy me a few gators on the way here... hehe ready to defeat the hangovers before they arrive!
