Drink a few glasses of ice water right before you go to bed, this works for moderate levels

buy a big bottle of gatorade and dont forget to drink the whole thing before bed. Also, be sure to get a huge burrito on your way home.

Definately take an hour or so to drink water before you go to bed. It makes a huge difference in the morning.

Don't stop drinking!! Continue to drink all night long and all day sunday. Everytime I stop drinking I get those damn hangovers. SHIT I spilled my DRINK! Gatorade helps a lot... also if you have alka seltzer cold medicine thats some amazing stuff. It really helps a bad hangover for some reason.
