HIGH-END in-house GFX Specialist available for PERMANENT position, REMOTE preferred

I have posted before and all I have gotten is time-wasters and people who WANT to have something going on but simply don't. I am looking for a REAL opportunity. Long-term, PERMANENT, preferably REMOTE (unless you are in Florida...yes, I am in Charlotte...I will relocate on my own nickel to be back home)...

I have been remote in-house for SIC Cash, PimpRoll/AdultElite/porn.com and IN-HOUSE for AEBN. I have designed many of the sites you promote, love and make money with. I have designed for dozens of Cash Programs since 1997 and I have been a hired gun for MANY of the design houses posting here including AAA Adult Design, Blue Design Studios and Wyldesites.

I was the Creative Director for a software company in Houston and have an excellent eye for mainstream design as well.

I am NOT here looking for freelance work...if you just need a design, and not a full-time designer, contact Sarah at Zuzana Designs.

I am looking for a PERMANENT opportunity. I turned down one great one a year ago (my bad, sorry Ally!) in lieu of what was to be a far greater opportunity. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I find myself available again.

I will spare everyone endless links to my past work, but here are a few:

If you have a real opportunity please give me a shout on Yahoo (gfxwiz_michael) or ICQ (148 167 599) and I will provide plenty more.

Thanks for looking :)

I highly recommend Zayne for anyone looking to hire a full time hard working dedicated designer/developer. One of the hardest working people I have ever met in this business.
He has an eye for perfection and the attention to detail is amazing .. An overall complete package for any company !!

tranza 02-17-2009 08:28 AM

Great works Zayne, wishing you the best of luck!

Thanks for all the love guys :)

My Skills:AEBN's theater skin, BTW...they wanted it widened to accommodate 1024 but said it was impossible with their hard-coded template system. I did it 100% with CSS, free-weights and protein bars :D

With AS, JavaScript and PHP I tend to accomplish what the project requires even if I have to learn as I go. I learn quickly too :D

West Coast, mid-day bump...

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 02-17-2009 12:46 PM

GOod luck.

None of these broke fucks will hire anyone these days.
I have a hard time just hustling 400 lousy bucks for a complete tour.

TO think anyone will hire a fucking Graphics guy FUll time is purely insane.

But good luck man>

I got my gig with SIC Cash like this in '02 before JBM existed (thanks KimmyKim!)...
I got my gig with PimpRoll/AdultEite/porn.com like this a couple years ago and thoroughly enjoyed 18 months with them...
I got my first employ with AEBN at the end of '03 like this and have enjoyed 2 separate stints with them, most recently last summer...
I was offered a design manager job for a major program a year ago like this. I (unfortunately) opted for a more lucrative offer with AEBN instead...

When you have the skill set and work ethic good folks find good folks. And I am getting WAY more than $400 for a tour design these days...from GFY...

And thanks for the well-wishes :)

Great yeah I was working for CECash ( Graphic Design ), Owned my own Content company, founded Sin City Films ( THe whole mother fucker ) back in those days...

But dude... its 2009 at the start of a New World Wide Great Depression. Aside from the whole recession bit, Adult Entertainment at large is convulsing on the ground in a near death state as everything these days is outright stolen.

Programs are not making anything near what they used to even a year ago with exception of just a few companies that have resorted to scamming.

Sharky 02-17-2009 01:25 PM

Zayne E! It was good talking to you recently.

I recommend you whole heartedly! When working with me at AAA Adult Design your work was top notch and ALWAYS on time. You are much more than a $400/wk designer and deserve every bit of what you are paid. Your knowledge of this Industry and conversions sets you aside from other designers. Your ability to not only design, but code CSS, PHP, flash etc sets you apart from the rest. You are a true Creative Director who could run a whole team of people or handle it all yourself.

Again, you are a knowledgable, hard working guy with a lot to offer anyone looking to expand their creative department.

If anyone has any questions about Zayne E, hit me up. I'll be happy to give a more personal recommendation for him, and even show you some more of the work he did for us. He posted some of it above.

Stfu you loser. Do you STILL have no clue? You have been the broke ass moron for years while everyone has and still is making money. Maybe that has something to do with you and not this industry or 2009.

He does all the above, and then some. a good pickup for you if you are interested;-)

He can do the usual glossy reality style tours very well. He really excels when thinking outside the box. Reinvent your tours, your marketing campaigns, etc. stand out from the rest. I wish we were hiring for the position....

I love my avatar but, no...I didn't do it myself. I hired the best cartoonist in the world for that -- Sergio at SOS Factory :)

Zayne E. 02-18-2009 11:05 AM

Bump for the Wednesday crowd. I have gotten a couple of tentative offers...unfortunately I am not too keen on moving somewhere less than tropical :(

Fletch XXX 02-18-2009 11:08 AM

But I bet you the guy still not found a full time job.
Don't shoot the fucking messenger...

I have had two tentative offers. One I am interested in hearing more about, though the idea of relocating NORTH is not at all appealing. Who knows. People are noticing the thread and my work :)

Hey Jim...I just added you. I have to run my son to the clinic -- he came home from school early with a fever and is complaining of an earache. I will catch up to my messages when I get back.

fris 02-18-2009 02:05 PM

No real designer should be charging $400 for tours, I pay up to $1500 for blog designs alone.

Zayne, you have a rather unique design skill set, hope you find some work.

DarkJedi 02-18-2009 02:10 PM

Sir Zayne, your designs look very good.

I don't charge 400 for tours unless the client wants a really simple tour. Its happened but most tours range about $800.00- $1500.00 in my house.

Sorry I do not run around showing off my portfolio but its rather extensive and most of you would be very surprised at some of my latest works. Basically most of you are clueless and if you got traffic odd's are you have promoted things I have designed because there really are not many programs that are major I have not designed for.

You people take the boards far to seriously and dumb enough to make "Business" decisions over what happens here. Its fucking pathetic.

A bump for the Thursday crowd.

I have had one incredible offer but the relocation destination wasn't appealing to me. It's nice to see all the quality firms trolling GFY. Some folks (AlienQ, with respect) would be amazed at the opportunities still available right here on GFY and in "this economy."
