and on Friday morning I'm headed to Hawaii for 10 days.

For the life of me all I can think to pack is sunscreen, a few bikinis, board shorts and some sun dresses...

what am I forgetting?

Funny thing is that I'm dead serious ~ I haven't had more than a long weekend or a couple days with the family since I was 20. I can't remember what it's like to relax for that long...

OK well bring at least 1 semi formal nightime dress for the clubs and evening activities. Lots o' cash :) Do all the touristy things - the star gazing, riding the bike down the mountain in Maui, the helicopter rides, the snorkeling/scuba trips, the whale watching (if it's time yet.....). Ask the locals where to eat! Take a back pack so you're not hauling your purse everywhere. And like someone else said: a sweater, some good close toed shoes, and most importantly, a camera! If you have an underwater one take it if you snorkel/scuba. Or buy a disposable one (or three :1orglaugh ) Oh, be sure you're renting either a convertible or a Jeep.

Have a GREAT time. Vacations can't be appreciated enough and Hawaii is AWESOME!!
