AllXclubPro can someone answer my question

How does one make money off this MLM other then being in the downline or pyramid? Can someone answer this? because you cant sell the Matrix idea without products people can sell and make money from or its illegal.

In the most legitimate MLM companies, commissions are earned only on sales of the company's products or services. No money may be earned from recruiting alone ("sign-up fees"), though money earned from the sales of members recruited is one attraction of MLM arrangements. If participants are paid primarily from money received from new recruits, or if they are required to buy more product than they are likely to sell, then the company may be a pyramid or Ponzi scheme, which is illegal in most countries.

I need to know this before I try it out. can anyone answer

Money is being earned from selling memberships to a pornsite, which happens to also allow members to recruit other people.... but I would get an opinion of a lawyer, before starting a mlm scam operation... :thumbsup

so if you sell a membership you get paid as well as being in the downline to get paid?

yea, something like that.. except you make like $10 on a $40 sale, the real money supposedly comes from the downline...

Supz 10-22-2008 03:13 PM

i think the premise is that you can sell it to anyone. if they are in adult or not. because there is stuff for surfers in there as well. so you can get it to mainstream people, they tell there mainstream friends, they pay for a month and get porn and if they have there friend pay, they get paid so sooner or later they will be getting paid for selling/receiving porn. The % you get from your downline makes you money.

If there is anything totally wrong in here, my bad. Anyone that might know some more can add/subtract from this statement.

FlexxAeon 10-22-2008 03:19 PM

so mlm is seriouz bizness now? :disgust

then it sounds like a scam. if people cant make more selling the product versus what they can make in the downline i would worry. unless I'm wrong and they have products for the members to sell other then a porn membership. I just dont want to pay unless i know they cant get shut down

RevengeBucks_Monica 10-22-2008 03:47 PM

You make $15.00 every time a platinum member signs up, which is a $39.95 membership, and $7.50 for every gold member, which is a $19.95 membership. Your recurring payment from these is $10.50 and $5.25.

You also make commissions on any sales that webmasters you've referred make. So if they sign up people with platinum and gold memberships, you earn a commission.

THEN, because this is MLM, you get paid according to the matrix for the people that you have under you, plus there is a bonus, called the Check Match Bonus that pays you on the total product sales volume of the people you've personally sponsored.

I'm happy to talk to anyone about this via ICQ if you have questions.

Why not talk in public instead of ICQ/private.

This is a ponzi/pyramid scheme as far as I can tell and nothing yet has stood out to separate it from one.

RevengeBucks_Monica 10-22-2008 04:18 PM

A true pyramid scheme, which is illegal, only benefits the person at the very top. They get a percentage of everything, the person below them gets a percentage of only what's below them, and so on.

In MLM, you are getting paid based on a grid of people below you, but only so many levels deep, and only so wide. Anyone at any level has the same opportunity as the guy at the "top" to earn money.

It's like an affiliate program. You are getting paid for everyone that signs up below you, and that's not a scam right? So why is it a scam if you get paid for everyone that your signups signup?

And I"m perfectly happy to talk about it right here in public. It does not have to be private.

That's because you won't. This is indeed a "different" structure than we in the industry have come to know...but most people who don't aren't educated enough about something tend to call it a "scam" or "illegal". My only advice is to either:

a. ask someone with legal knowledge who can review it themselves or if you have a good level of understanding, read the laws and decipher them yourself; or

b. find someone involved who already has taken that step, and can validate any of your doubts.

c. buy in for $40, secure a spot, and if you determine it's a scam (through the proper legal resources) you lose $40....With this method, you don't look like a jackass if you are proven wrong and can build a nice network and reserve a spot. Personally, $40 is nothing to prove or disprove something for me, and since I actually was with the guys before launch, I give it my full endorsement.

I'm sure you can find other leaders of our industry INVOLVED already who would be willing to explain in further detail. I have tried, but obviously it's like a lynch mob in here if it threatens what anyone else may be doing or if they don't understand.

I think a big problem is the website, it is aimed at noobs and surfers and they should of made a tour just for webmasters with some real information on it.

As it stands, the website is nothing more than ridiculous hyperbole flanked by phony charts and graphs so of course everyone's bullshit detector went off like crazy.

I say build a tour that actually explains how this all works and you would get a way better response, IMHO.

The more smoke and mirrors, or the more charts and graphs - the higher the chances are that it is a scheme. If it can not be explained in simple terms, buyer beware.

As for who said 40.00 is nothing to take the chance and figure it out. Sure, and that is part of the whole ordeal. It may be a scheme, but fuck it. It is only forty bucks or so. Then try to figure out if its a scheme or not, sure...
Also why would anyone look like a jackass for passing it up, again that is being very pushy with the pitch and apparently if someone does not sign up they obviously will be seen as a jackass or whatever, again sure...

I seriously doubt anyone is acting like a lynch mob because it is a new idea or they do not understand it. Most welcome new ideas and methods of promoting. Now I am and have been personally against things that try to convert surfers into webmasters, but that is another subject. People are getting a bit annoyed and acting hostile cause they feel it is a scheme, they are seeing hundreds of threads, and just hearing that all the cool kids are doing it so they better jump in now or be left behind by the "industry leaders". Whoever the fuck they are.

Now will someone please take this MLM idea (cough), and add it to an up selling tube site that also publishes torrent listings to make the world complete. Then I will feel assured that there is indeed industry leaders involved. :winkwink:

Add to all that the protected whois, the new gmail account and the lack of real names at all.... I think I'll just keep my $40 to myself.
It's only $40 to find out if it's a scam? I don't care if it's only $1. In fact, I'm going to start my own MLM that costs $1, and you get $40 for every 1 million people you get to join under you.

ok i'm gonna put myself on blast for a moment to make a point.

for a good portion of my teen years, i was an "amway kid". my parents were heavily vested into amway (more time than money), which many know is (or was) one of the biggest legal MLMs/pyramids/whatchamacallits out there. we had the soaps and all that :1orglaugh now luckily, my parents didn't do anything crazy like quit their day jobs or take out 3 mortgages to become "diamond level". and to make a long story short, they eventually walked away from it with pretty much what they had when they went in.

my point? i already have a pretty good idea of how it works. i doubt that changing up the grids & matrices will significantly change the way it works. no one can even show a grid lol. and to be honest, even if you do have the magic formula, i wouldn't do it for one main reason: mlm's, legal or illegal, have a bad rap. and this industry does not need more bad light. it's difficult as it is.

....and even STILL, i expect some people to jump on something like an mlm, because it looks like easy money. so i'm not bothered by people in general trying to get rich from it. people thing tossing up a blog = instant riches too. i guess i just expected more from the adult webmaster community (don't laugh).

the sheepiness is still fun to watch though

What is the actual site(s) that you promote?

MikeG 10-22-2008 06:00 PM

If they just called this a webmaster referal progam instead of an MLM deal, people wouldn't be complaining.

What's the difference between this and a tiered webmaster referal program???
Those have been around since the beggining of time.

Basically, it's an affiliate program that's not paying an outrageous payout because it's sharing the payout with more people.

When people hear MLM or Pyramind they always freak out.

Give it a shot: http://www.allxclubpro.com/1056701
If in 2 or 3 months you don't make money cancel, $80 - $120 is less than a nice dinner.

Nicky 10-22-2008 06:00 PM

LOL, I should get in on this, I have such easily fooled friends that will bite right away, but I want it to be more pyramid :P

rowan 10-22-2008 06:01 PM

IMHO, if this was a Ponzi scheme then they would be promising impossible returns and asking for multiple rounds of investment... this doesn't look like much more than a structured referral program, which is more than a single level deep. eg clickcash pays 10%, 1%, 0.1%, 0.01%, ... for each level of referers.

From another POV you could see it as a shitty PPS payout with extra referral levels. :)

Hey, if there was a charge or application fee to join an affiliate program, we'd have a lot less fraudulent webmaster promoting programs, and not so much saturation....

It helped Visa cut back on the fraud when they started charging $750 to apply for visa processing and 350 a year to renew

What is funny and not so funny anymore is that I have half joked with a few people online about making my invite only program into a paid one where affiliates would pay a one time fee to join it after an approval process. Primarily just to screen out those undesired people and keeping it very limited. Plus I figured the sheer drama would be funny as hell.
Never even contemplated doing it MLM style though, guess I just do not have it in me.

In this instance, it does not seem like they are screening anyone though. Anyone with a few bucks and a contact list can sign up. Side note - I have already been hit up on ICQ about 60 times since yesterday. I also was offered this or a very similar program about a month ago when it was in beta. So please stop hitting me up.

TheDoc 10-22-2008 06:47 PM

Hahaha... You people should recheck your math... hehe..

Dude, omg.. your math on your site is actually impossible. It's "MISSING" factors, huge fucking factors.. Like active % base of Webmasters (now surfers) which is already only 8%...

Someone, needs to seriously go over the math on that site. Mathmatically speaking the if you convert any decent 60/40, hell even 50/50 program or any $25+ pps program - you will earn more.

Unless your that one lucky fucker that gets the majority of people under him that are active, and they produce sales, giving you your bonus levels, and all works out - then you might actually get paid for. It's almost mathematically impossible.

TheDoc 10-22-2008 06:49 PM

In short.. it means you are referring a lot of people you don't get paid on, active people.. yes you may get a % of what they buy, you won't hit the bonus marks, and you won't get any decent money. But if you pushed just about any other program, you get paid without question.

I could sit for hours and pick this apart.. so much math is missing.

Maybe it's so hyped because it may be the "real deal"...

I just want to see how many of these start popping up after this takes off....That IMHO will be the funniest thing EVER! Another "wait til someone else has a good idea, and copy them" deal like MySpace, FaceBook, Ebay or whatever.

And MikeG, you are right on with your reasoning. If it was called a "referral program, more of the pessimistic people would be more eager to join. Its simply a multi-tiered affiliate program...doesn't get simpler than that.
