We are seeking a full or part-time web developer/designer. The ideal candidate would have 4+ years online design (website, advertising creative) experience.

You have the option of working in-office or remotely.

Skills should include:
Advanced:
HTML / CSS
Photoshop

Intermediate:
PHP / Mysql
Illustrator
Javascript / AJAX


We are a small team that works very well together. We are looking for someone who can work in a small group and is willing to be a part of a hands on and fast paced work environment. We thrive on being flexible and dynamic in providing our customers and partners with the tools they need to succeed.

Design skill is important, and an online or offline portfolio will be required if you are to be interviewed. You should be able to communicate well. We are looking for someone who wishes to become part of a team and grow within the company over time.

Thanks for the emails so far.

This is not just a "do 5 banners today for me" jobs, this is a real integral position. You wouldn't have to code yourself, you just need to be able to work around code. Most designers these days can barely slice a psd, let alone work around code.

The pay is relative, of course.
