*** OPINIONS on Whitelabels *** experts needed!

1. why do you need whitelabels?

2. when you are looking to promote affiliate programs offering whitelabels, what are the most important aspects for you?

3. what is the difference among these terms: whitelabel, cobrand and/or customized skin?
honestly, these 3 terms sometimes confuse me.

the purpose of this thread is to help affiliate programs who are thinking of offering whitelabel solutions,
to get an idea what affiliates are actually looking for.
(yes i know we can't make everyone happy... LOL)

also to help existing whitelabel offerings make improvement when necessary.
(we would definitely improve our tool when possible)

lol Dan.

i hope we can get general opinions on this thread, it seems like every week i am seeing "spam me with white labels' threads, yet when i posted a thread like this, no one really cares?

lol

Whitelabels are a thing of the past. Google will easily sniff the duplicate content and kick your white label into black hell. It's pretty much the same problem like with vanity and subdomains ..... It worked well for a few years, but now it is out of fashion.

good point, but something tells me that it is still going on, there are still demands out there from affiliates.

1. why do you need whitelabels?

Programs that want to develop their brand name to the fullest extent want the perception that they can offer a broad range of products and webcams are an integral part of the mix. A true white label solution will give the program the opportunity to brand the product at all levels, i.e. their name and logo and design appears on all pages and consoles with no inference to the actually cam provider. This gives the impression that the cam program is in fact part of their brand.

2. when you are looking to promote affiliate programs offering whitelabels, what are the most important aspects for you?

Being able to seamlessly integrate the programs graphics into the webcam system and not having the name or the webcam provider appear ANYWHERE.

3. what is the difference among these terms: whitelabel, cobrand and/or customized skin?

White Label - Cam program provides the guts and allows the program using the cams to utilize ALL their own graphics.

Co-brand - Cam provider and the program using the product will BOTH have their names displayed in the graphics of the homepage as well as on all consoles and any other pages. The color & theme of the program using the cam product is generally adhered to giving the product the look and feel of all the programs pages.

Custom Skin - Can refer to the webcam company providing the graphics to be used with either the White Label or Co-branded Solution.

This is how I understand all of this AK. If anyone has a different answer please let us know so we can all be on the same page. :thumbsup

i think for affiliates, they should post what exactly are they looking for in a whitelabel.

but seriously, i see quite a few 'spam me with whitelabels' threads lately but never really be specific on what they are looking for, which im sure each program has different offers.

then for providers, they can say... hey we got this we got that.. but we don't have this, maybe we should add that.. something like that

okay so anyone who relies on SE traffic should not even think about whitelabeling then.

Google banning white-label sites is really not a problem for me. I would love to find a decent cam or dating whitelabel solution that I could offer my existing members as an upsell from my members area. Reason I want whitelabel is simply because my members trust me and my sites. If it looks just like my other sites, they will assume it is mine and it makes it easier to sell.

Ultimate whitelabel solution (in my eyes) would allow me to bill all customers my own way. Unfortunately many sponsors (and whitelabel providers) are still stuck with the traditional credit card payments and old “one price for everybody” $29.99 per month price structure. How many really offer something like direct debit payment? How many offer different price based on where surfers are coming from?

Not if you niche it out ... I have WLs for every niche and studio. Many of them are listed in Google, just change them up and feature different content on the front and you are good to go with Google.

no sig?
if you are really serious about being able to bill your own customers thru a whitelabel.
hit me up.

WhiteLables are good for branding your own sites, rather than someone else's.

Ask yourself...
"Why would I brand someone else AND send them traffic and money, when I can brand my own sites?"

It also helps keep the member on your site, as opposed to sending them to a different user experience.

Good point donnie, as a matter of fact they are out there but mainly in cam/chat where you have your 100% white label and use your own billing solution. The way it works is more or less you are leasing thier feeds for lets say $1 per HCM (hard core minute) and you charge the amount you want to the end user. You can even have your very own affiliate program connected to this type of white label.
