The Biggest Financial Fraud of the 21st Century

The Biggest Financial Fraud of the 21st Century

Have you seen where your $330,000,000,000 gone?

small question:
will FTC go over those crooks with the same vigor they went after Crescent!?

I bet not, even money, $25,000 minimum bet.

If Jim Cramer does not confirm this story then it must not be true.

it depends on who is buying
;)

CDSmith 03-23-2008 10:14 AM

So that's where my $330 billion went.

I knew I shouldn't have left my wallet laying around.

CD, here is the rub:
when subprime mortgage fiasco hit,
I was smiling:
I had no investments in Real Estate, no investments in mortgages, and I thought I was immune.
No so fast, the shit came from the end anybody was least expecting.

Let this be the lesson to all:
if you can't think where the next dick comes from and gets up your ass,
it doesn't mean you won't get it.

:)

CDSmith 03-23-2008 10:25 AM

So true, so true.

That's why I bought this new machete. Next dick that tries.... ;)

I am not a cheap fuck, generaly speaking, of course, I just happen to have $675,000 frozen and there is a good chance I'll see the principal looong after I am dead, as some of those bonds mature in..2045!
;)

But...on the bright side, I'll bring the wine. Will 1949 Chateau Latour do or do you preffer 1959 vintage?

that is fine , you are the wine pro :pimp:pimp:pimp

CDSmith 03-23-2008 10:44 AM

I heard the '38 Latour was fabulous, but that most of it was guzzled down by the nazis during the occupation.

This however, all on it's own was worth the click...

Few things I did enjoy though:
1) Fine wine is not for the people with penises only, despite the popular beliefs of few eBobers. 7 out of 16 attendees were women.
2) Out of 7, only 2 had natural breasts. I like to see the trend and improvements in this area.

:D

Usually about 1/2% over money markets.
Now some pay ZERO, some 17% untill next reset which happens every 28 days.

DaddyHalbucks 03-23-2008 11:55 AM

I always figured the Bill Gates/ Microsoft monopoly was the biggest financial fraud of our times..

Yes and no.

But...
if you invested in those "7 days - 35 days" short terms instruments and:
1) need money for the surgery - you are fucked
2) need money to pay your taxes - you are fucked
3) need money to close the purchase of the house - you are fucked
4) need money to buy real estate as an investment in the next couple of years - you, and ME are FUCKED!

I just happen to have $675,000 locked for God knows how long (but no more than 2045) paying interest and I can't sell the god damn things.

Here is an example:

you hold the 100% doable plan how to colonize planet Mars.
All expert agree: JFK's plan would work in the future and 100% solid.

How much can you sell your plan for? Good plan, 100% working plan?
The answer:
you can not sell it, as there is no buyers! NOBODY wants JFK's plan which is 100% doable, solid and will work,
because there is no technology today to send men to Mars.

Does my explanation make sense?

Idiot,
1) I am still playing and will be in the game 'til at least 2045

2) being in the game after my death IS my biggest problem, not the game itself

3) you can call me an idiot for trying to explain you MORON with no brain cell to spare what things really are.

LOL, and THIS is why I stay out of it if I don't even know the difference between stocks and bonds :)

I know you well enough to know you are HIGHLY diversified and could loose millions in one place and still have a smile on your face because of all the other places where you made up for it :thumbsup
