Good choice !
Smoking sucks balls... |
For me it will be 2 years in March. I haven't looked back.
|
Good for you. Just take it 1 day at a time :)
I quit 4 months and 4 days ago and I don't even think about cigarettes anymore. I used a nicotine inhaler for about a month to begin with and then i put that down too. The inhaler made quitting a lot easier - not so much the nicotine itself, but more the fact that i had something to keep my hands busy. |
Did you watch Oprah yesterday?
|
tried to quit 4 days ago and no luck :(
so today I start on that champix shit and see if that will help. |
Good luck with it :)
|
my best wishes and more luck than i had

Thanks everyone. I started chantix last week and so far so good. My last cig was at 1130pm last night and no really bad withdrawal yet :thumbsup |
good luck !
|
Good luck with it.. I know how you feel.
16 days, 11 hours, 55 minutes and 24 seconds smoke free. 495 cigarettes not smoked. $153.00 and 3 days, 18 hours of your life saved |
good luck
we`ll smoke some for you ... |
What are you doing while thinking about the next cig? I think this is the hardest. Finding something to do not to think about the next one.
I had no luck yet. Good luck! |
Yeh good luck with that, its not easy :thumbsup
|
You dont need no shit to help you quit smoking... It's a decision.. You either want to quit or don't. You decide.. the nic fits? They come at about day 3
and last for about 15 minutes, if you can't fight something that attacks for about 15 minutes... Then you deserve to get whatever reason you are ttrying to quit for :) |
good luck Forest!
|
good luck forestm damn ill quit smoking also but damn its really hard :(
|
I quit smoking Mars 07. Best decision I have ever made.
Good luck! :) |

Good luck, man.
Keep your eyes on the prize, and remember that every ounce of pain you put behind you is pain that was in vain and that you'll have to relive if you light up again... that concept helped me get through the tougher times. I'm now 8 years cig-free. |
Be strong! Godd luck! :)
|
goodluck man...that's one good new year's resolution :)
|
good luck, stay strong

Just rip those fuckers up and stay away from the bar for 3 days The coffee in the morning is kind of a bitch, and the endless time that seems to go on during the day.. All that goes away. Got a pack of smokes in front of me right now... It's like a paperweight means nothing anymore. |
good luck
jenna jameson video on demand |
I tried quitting eating chocolate this year, but I couldnt lol... I bet smoking is worse
|
good luck dude :thumbsup
|
this chantix stuff really does work
so far I havent had a cig in 14 hours and have yet to have a really bad nic fit I have had several but they have been very mild :thumbsup |

how are those galls working out for you? :thumbsup |
I need a smoke right now!
|
good luck :thumbsup
|
i just quit after smoking on and off for about 5 years...
honestly the only time I ever feel I "need" a cigarette is when I'm drinking. Nicotine compliments other drugs so much, it's part of what makes it so evil. but stay strong man, after 10 days or so most of your cravings should have subsided |

but good luck to you :thumbsup |
Come on man, don't quit, You are not a quitter :helpme
|
Honest to God, Forest, stopping smoking SUCKS. I stopped over 20 years ago and to this day if I'm totally stressed out, I will crave a cigarette.
Sending luck to you - you're stubborn like me so you can do it ;) |
Good luck! You can do it! :winkwink:

I wish you good luck! Try harder not to smoke again;)
|
The hardest part is not quitting but not starting again :thumbsup
I have faith in you. |
Congrats, smoking is a terrible habit.
