what do you do when a program says they're having a "NATS" payment issue...?
I'm clearly over the payout limit, sent this company an email asking why I haven't been payed yet and I get this short reply back (and i quote):
"for some reason, NATS is showing you have just come under the 100 min payout. I'm looking into this further. I'll keep you updated." to which i reply "Um, ok, just let me know..." I'm clearly over that amount and yet they're saying I'm not?? All I have to do is log-in and it's right there! :1orglaugh Am I missing something here? Or is this normal? It's been about 4 days and I've still heard nothing. I don't want to OUT the program just yet until I hear some feedback... |

NATS admin does payout reports, so likely what they are saying is that NATS did not add you to the payout report and thats what you are paid from, not the stats would be my guess.
However, I'm not sure why it would take them 4days to fix it though, the few times it has happened to us, NATS is on it quickly and resolved in less than a day usually and we are able to pay the affiliate. From the sponsor side, I understand why its important to do it from the payout report or things get really messed up and become a accounting nightmare. |
Did you happen to change your payout type recently? NATS is pending an update to correct some payout changes when Webmasters change the payout type, due to the min level changes.
The Admin says what the total payout owed is, but the per webmaster reports aren't counting in the payout changes on min payouts. Which is probably the difference that you are missing. Anyway, I will hit up NATS again to see if this update can get pushed out. |

Perhaps you had sales from :
1 - 15 Dec $50 16 - 31 Dec $40 1 - 15 Jan $50 But when you count that they pay 2 weeks behind you don't have $140, you have $90 which is below $100? |
