Yes, I know that a lot of people have already seen the original pic. Not many realize how easily you can create the exact image that you eyes see in photoshop. I thought it'd be cool to show. :)

You did not stare long enough. Plus you have to make sure to stare in the same spot, do not move your eyes around.

Try looking at it for 20 seconds straight - stare in the center of it. Then quickly look at your hand... it should stay for about 5-10 seconds... wicked shit. If it doesn't work, I have a program that may work better (it runs the animation way smoother, so I think it fools the eye better). Let me know...

What is cool about this illusion is that both triangles are off by exactly half of the area of one square. This makes them different from each other by one whole square, but each on their own is only half a square different from the triangle you think you are seeing. Having the difference divided in half is an awesome technic to fool you.
