Annoying Customers
Here's an email our customer service department just recieved for one of our "repeat" customers. This guy has joined one of our clubs 18 times in the last year. A couple of months ago this guy raised a major stink because he couldn't signup again. It turns out our billing company had black listed his card because of excessive trial signups to the same club. How he was able to signup again, I don't know. I get a headache just reading his messages.

QUICKLY!!!! Go add the following text to your "Terms of Service".
"You are responsible for any payments that you make. If you make multiple payments, it is a gift to our company, and is non-refundable. We cannot control your actions. If you press submit more than once, it is your own fault and we will not take the time to remedy the situation. If we are forced to remedy your mistake, we will charge you an astronomical service fee. This is a binding contract, and may not be contested in any court of law." |

I got tired of the repeat trial visitors and the cheap bastards. Therefore I took the trial down. Much better.
