What you do when you're down?
When you feel like shit, depressed, etc.
I usually smoke pot, but seems like it doesn't help last few days |
exercise.
It's the hardest thing to do when you're down, but it's also the best thing to do. Push through it man, count your blessings, get some air, take a break from the norm. They say a change is as good as a break. |

pot makes it worse, i quit smoking a few years ago. Exercise really is the best cure, xanax is good too :)

sometimes it's also good to count your blessings, stop thinking about yourself and focus on other people and see if u can help someone. Depression can be devastating, feel free to hit me up if u need some help.

Exercise, drink lots of water, and...as much as possible...act 'as if' I were not down. Those things along with reminding myself that it is temporary seem to help.

If I'm down I usually go for a drive, I'm on the fringes of suburbia so it doesn't take long to get to somewhere isolated, then just chill.
In some cases sleep also helps (seriously) |

i smoke pot at least 5 times a day... so when i'm down, I just stop smoking pot, but i'm always good :)

Just smoke some pot and go running. I know it seems weird, but try it. you get the best of both worlds. Its a great adventure

Music helps a little bit, sometimes music makes me happy but it depends on the song. Sometimes when I hear certain songs it will make me even more depressed (especially with depressing/sad songs). |

I am going thru that now... Just lost my grandmother and going thru some other tough shit right now... I will try the exercise thing.. I did stop smoking except just before bed to calm the brain... During the day I have buried myself in work to keep my mind busy...
