ok, i didnt really want it to be this way, but looks like i have no choice

heres the story:

i\'ve done some coding work for jim in the past when he used to work for one of the affiliate programs. i was paid what i was owed, no problems here.

but 2 months ago jimthefiend hit me up on icq and asked to lend him $30 of epass money for \"a few days\"

i sent him the money but never heared back from him again.
it wasnt a big amount, so i never bothered to contact him and ask for payback, i figured, what the hell, maybe he was going through hard times, thought he would pay it back later.

but reading GFY and seing how many people he has done this to, i feel like a fool. looks like jimthefiend basically cheated all these people, including me. it\'s like a spit in the face.

i dont like to air dirty laundry, but i feel that i should set the record straigh here

So basically this is Jim's little scam:

He barrows small amounts from everyone, i mean everyone. 10-30 bucks and he simply wont hit you up anymore. He knows most people will forget or dont care about a few bucks.

When you do ask him for the money he will come up with tons of excuses till finally he had enough of you and will start a fight with you. Thats the point where the person he owes money suddenly becomes a liar and a broke loser asking for a "lousy" 20 bucks (his words to me).

although this is obviously a bandwagon jumping, whether it be true or not, its not always about the money..

there's a request statement link.....you can get statements from quite
bit longer than 2 months......the fact you don't have any records.....is it
safe to assume you don't report your epass income to the IRS? Or just
don't you need to keep records coz there's not to keep records off?
