In his defense it reads exactly what Jim did to me. And i would bump a thread for a year for 1 dollar if someone refuses to pay it back. Jim was the first in my case to say i should stop crying about 25 bucks and now others do it with this guy.

This is exactly why Jim is getting away with his little scam. He scams everyone out of 25 bucks and most people simply forget about it or dont want to post about 25 bucks because people will say "its only 25 bucks" like in this thread. Money is money and a loan is a loan.
