wow, customer service has never been so terrible :O

i sent:

she didnt answer my question, and repeated information i already knew :O

so i emailed back trying to get more precise info :O

"1) when will the next delivery take place
2) how can I arrange collection manually if 1) is not soon"

and got the response:

USPS doesnt have much control over items delivered to Thailand...they rely on info from the Thailand postal service ...

lol they do suck. I had a package 45 miles from me sit there for a week before it was finally delivered

USPS provides some of the worst customer service in an industry that has terrible customer service to begin with.

I am waiting for a package delivered by them at this moment
