The question is there: new 2257 rules. Everyone is out there posting a nude picture of a girl who is just barely 18 now, and the picture was taken at some point in the past. Does anyone have any proof of age? model release? Date of production? With the new 2257 rules, it is all needed to support the image.

It's good for her. She's too hot for Disney channel anyways, not she'll be able to get her big girl on and start making real movies.

Exactly! A lot of people need to get their heads out of the sand when it comes to NEW 2257 regulations and the Adam Walsh Act. If a photo even displays "sexual coyness" you are required to have docs on hand. Either a lot of newbs out there or a lot of ignorant webmasters. The law has changed over the last few months.

Then the one you need to shoot is most likely the one posing in the picture. You honestly think someone else leaked it other than people in her camp? I mean, why did they immediately confirm its her? They could have very easily said its a great fake and the media would most likely have bought that.

This is perfect publicity for her and she gets out of her exclusive Disney contract and can work on other things. Its a risky move, no doubt, but she's young, cute and talented, so it can work in her favor.

The question of her age is an interesting one; and I doubt anyone will date the photo to protect the photographer and her. Being that its confirmed its her, and she's well known in mainstream, I doubt the FBI is going to go after 2257 on it.
