whats your point ? i fail to find your argument in the above. the bottomline is that it was a lesson learned for her. if she didnt want to find herself nude online, she should never have taken those photos or have erased them right after she had fun with it.. she is 18 years old, which makes her legal and responsible for her own actions.

Sounds like a huge publicity stunt on her part, to me. I wouldn't even doubt Disney was in on it too. They've been known to flash people genitals in their movies. I agree. I doubt Disney is behind this though. They are pretty protective of their stars. This is the same company that spent millions trying to keep a movie called The Hole from getting released on DVD because it has Keira Knightly topless in it and they tried to release it right when the first Pirates movie came out and Disney didn't want a scandal.

That said I think it is all a ploy. This is what actresses do to shed any kind of a "good girl" image. I remember when Jessica Biel was still on 7th heaven and she posed nearly naked for some pics. The producers of that show flipped out, but she got what she wanted and started getting more edgy roles offered to her. I won't be at all surprised if that is the case here.

They were playing clips of Tyra Banks' show on Stern the other day where she was having women say something bad about themselves and then say , "so what?" after it like it didn't matter. For example, "My ass is big. So what?" Or "My thighs rub together. So what?" She is telling all these women to embrace themselves for what and who they are. Then when she gets a picture of her taken on the beach the it ends up in a magazine saying that she clearly has gained some weight she freaks out and attacks everyone and then goes on a crash diet before going back on her show to prove them wrong.
