One of the things in this industry that peeves me is people lying about traffic. Its the internet version of sayinng you have a big dick.No this is not a rant about affiliates sending traffic,its a thing about 2 people conversing and lying for no reason

i don't think it is really how much traffic you have as much as the quality of traffic you have.

I would MUCH rather my 10 - 15K hits a day vs someone else's 2 million hits from TGP traffic.

Try to take I95 North from NY anytime after 4pm. The Merit is even worse with all the limited access. If their is an accident, you are totally screwed for hours.

It's not about how big your traffic is...

...it's all about how you work what you got.

traffic is a very trackable thing.

not that easy... someone could have a network of 1000s of blogs for example, each getting few hundred hits per day... adding up to somewhat significant amount of traffic... I don't see any obvious way an outside observer would have of even getting a ballpark figure of how much traffic there is in the whole network...
