Colon Blow is good enough. It doesn't get much more powerful.

But, think about doing a full Colon-Liver-Spleen cleanse while you are at it.

Also, after you finish the full cleanse stick to fruits and veggies only for week or two and enjoy the feeling before you go back to the meat.

I recommend a case of shity beer, maybe Pabst or the Beast, and then once you got the whole case down, go get the greasiest, nastiest Mexican food you can find. Coat it in hotsauce, chow and then pass out.

You'll wake up in the morning and have that green apple quickstep to get to the bathroom in time. Works like a charm everytime.

As we use here for colonic preparation for examinations: Klean prep or prunocolon. Doesn't taste too nice though but it will get your bowels spotlessly clean.

I got it done years ago, a friend of mine from Suriname got me some sort of black brewed stuff, hard as a rock, told me to take a vacation of 7 days and never ever leave the house.

Should be easily found in drug stores, I would go ask a pharmacist. They can at the very least tell you what they have that is similar.
