I signed up with their program , Added a few links and made a special page where i send trafic to that i bought.
I go asleep , i wake up and want to check my stats .
Then it seems my account is terminated cause the site i entered has the words lolita in it . (cause i trade with lolitampegs.com) . i emailed them on 2 adresses and after 2 days i dont get something back ....

If it's not in 100% of the TOS out there, then it's in 99.9%, that sponsors won't allow you to sign up if you have that word on your page.

Yes. Use the "delete" option or be smart enough to not post a toplist.

Or edit the script to not accept domains with the "L" word in it.

The Napster/youtube excuses aren't working for you and it didn't work for them either.

Before suspending an account we usually send out a courtesy email to the webmaster explaining the situation. If you do not reply to this email within 48 hours your account may get suspended. In this case it seems it did.

In our TOS we clearly state that if any webmasters are found using these Unacceptable Promotional terms then they will be terminated without pay. The term 'lolita' is included in that list, which is the reason your account was terminated.

If you wish to promote our sites, then, just like EVERYONE else who sends to our sites, you must abide by the rules that you agree to when you signup.

Personally, I don't use that word on any of my sites, but it was certainly used a lot in the mid to late '90's and early '00's. I just would like a little clarification on the point. It says "that they CANNOT use in their promotions". Was he using it in his promotions of your sites, or do you actually mean he can't have the word on his site at all? You might want to make that a little more clear. :2 cents:
