life expectancy - russia
according to the CIA world factbook, the average life expectancy in russia is:
male: 62 years female: 72 years that is fucking low! glad i'm not russian... for so many reasons. lowest i could find is sierra leone, which puts males at 43 years and females at 49 years. holy shit! i checked out japan because my gf is. they have the longest expectancy, but that isn't too surprising. i'm interested to see that in portugal where my parents come from, the stats show the following: male: 72 years female: 80 years thank fuck, it's not TOO bad. i sure appreciate that extra 10 years above the average russian. :) check that shit out, bro. and sis. http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/index.html what's your life expectancy? :winkwink: |

you will all die :)
when you die - you die, and do you care how old you are if you're dead? :D |
its based on where you live not what nationality you are.

Too many russians ruin their own reputation. Then we get the one out of ten who claims to not be a cheater.. and calls us all racists and 'stupid americans' because we talk about the FACTS. :1orglaugh |

the idea of averages is that some people will be below, some will be right on, and others will be above. |

Imagine the horror...
You're born. You cry a little bit and then blink your eyes. You look up and the first thing you see is your mother. She's ungodly fat, toothless, half-drunk, and she has a hairy mole on her cheek. Then you look over at Papa. He hasn't worked since the battery factory closed a decade or so ago. His hitbots seem to be on the blink and his CP site just got kicked off Geocities. He has nothing to do but drink all day and pimp your mom all night. You are blasted with hot smelly vodka breath as they ogle you and the realization finally hits - you have been born a Russian. Fuck, right about then 62 years would seem like an eternity. |

Russia is a huuuuuuuuuuuge country man. Some areas such as Moscow have very high life exptectancy wheras other areas such as Nordvik or Yakutsk probably have lower due to their location and standards of living.

english/irish americans seem to have a long ass lifespan, ::fingers crossed::

When Clinton and Blair of Britain announced the mapping of the human genome was completed - Clinton said this would add at least 5 years or so onto the average life span of the next generation. I imagine that is just the beginning as soon they will be able to deal with most degenerative diseases because of the the genome discoveries and we will live to well over 100 yrs. in a few generations. With all the new medical advances, better diet, new drugs to correct things that would have killed you previously, the genome advances...we may see 130 yrs. as the norm soon?

Wait. What would be so bad about getting a low blow from Cheshire??
