This iBill and other billing company issue is serious.

I was reading the other thread and some people are
not convinced to its true nature.

Imagine you make, 20,50,100k a month and
because some asshole doesn't like your site they
send a letter from their official desk and complain to
iBill or CCBill.

The next day, they pull your plug!

Thats EXACTLY what happend to my good friend
Frank B. with his site which usess iBill.

He has his attorney's are on this case.

But, this could happen to anyone of us running sites in
any state. Frank B. is in San Diego, Calif. and I am
in Northern Calif.

iBill is in Florida and this asshole is in Michigan.

Do you see a problem ??? Your not safe anywhere!

I think we all need to work together in order to
support one another.. any ideas would be helpful!

This could jump from state to state, Frankiesangels.com
is a TINY SITE with hardly any members, I have NO idea
how he was even found.

I just got off the phone with Frank B.

He said that his attorney's are all over
the Attorney' Generals ass in legal sense.

They persecuted him publicly without
one ounce of proof, though.. there is no
proof at all.

Frank shoots for Hustler, in fact.. Larry Flynts office
had called him when we were on the phone. They
are backing him with whatever is needed.

Frank read me the list of banned sites, the only one
I had heard of was BabyFaceMag the other sites
were weird, lolita type or teen video sites.

I'm not a big player and would probably have to fold my sites if attacked in this manner. However something I can do as a small webmaster is make a statement to Ibill.

If your using Ibill as your processor I would make a statement to them and move all your processing to another company immediatly.

The law is trying to hit us in our pockets lets hurt the companies thats assisting them by taking the money out of thiers.

If every webmaster that used Ibill for adult business were to pull the accounts then Ibill would get the message or go away.

Also J.R. if a fund was set up to pay the attorneys on this I would for one make sure I'd add 20 dollars a week and if a bunch of us did that we could make sure they didn't get precidence out of this case.

The bottom line here folks is they are trying to put us out of business. Lets not let that happen.

Frank had to drop a large amount of cash today
to pay some upfront fee's. He would not say how much, but
I know it was a few bucks..

Frank should sue the person making the fucked up complaint.

So the moral of the story is -

If you have a paysite and you link to a site where the girls are of legal age but young looking, that includes linking to tgp's. For instants, I have a paysite and I link to a tgp this particular tgp also has links to teen and animal sites (or accepts those galleries) - Your merchant can pull your plug

If you have a tgp and link to a site where the girls are of legal age but look young - You won't get paid because the merchant caves in under the pressure and closes the sponsors account

If you submit to a tgp and that particular tgp has galleries who link out to "bad" sites your billing company can pull your plug.

However the real CP Sites, where girls are really underage they are all sitting overseas with weird fucking billing companies nobody ever heard off, to this day I have yet to see any mention of a real CP site, real rape or incest site, only sites who are legal have been targeted.

Modeling sites, NN Sites, Sites with teens who look young, basically sites where surfers have easy access too.

So which site is going under next? Tawney Stone, etc? these girls look young, like Franks, but they are legal.

Here is the future!
If you have a (any) kind of paysite, the Merchant (ccbill etc) will have to submit the site to a government review board to get approval if they can even take your site.

So sites with big money will grease those officials to let their sites pass. Others like me (a nobody in this industry) will just have to shut down and go away, or hope the surfer will send you a check in the Mail.

I'm not sure what the legal basis for this is: Just doing business with a site that does business with a site which (may or may not) do business with a site which does business with an illegal site? So, could Domino's be in trouble for delivering pizza to this website's office, or might the Post Office be responsible for delivering the payment checks?

Unless they step outside of their jurisdiction.. and this could be just such a situation, in which case, those involved would lose any judicial immunity and could be held personally accountable.
