I have sleeping problems,any GOOD ADVICE?
Please help ppl....i can't sleep more then 6-7 hours ever,prety often i sleep just 4-5 hrs,and i always woke up tired,and all the day fell tired:(
Any good advice? I even took "Donormyl" pills and even with them i can't fucking sleep:( |

Try downing a shitload of whiskey. Or if you're anything like me, an entire bottle of red wine will send you straight to sleep - give it a try; you've nothing to lose.

Try taking 20-30 min naps during the day, that should set your internal clock to getting use to sleep. Eventually you'll start sleeping normally after a while, and won't need the naps

I had it atrociously - had tonsils out last July and then nose rebuilt last November. Fucking heaven. I oversleep now. He he ;-) |

Don't drink. Sure you'll fall asleep easy but the quality of the sleep is shitty. Practice yoga every day. These 2 things will most likely have you back to sleeping deeply on a regular basis.

6-7 hours? jesus lol CONGRATS! you get more sleep then most people I know.
As for waking up "tired" and all that, try sleeping somewhere else, the floor, couch, a comfy chair etc.... IF you find you get better sleep (or wake up feeling better) then the problem lyes with your bed/bedding so replace and get something better. I've gotten about 4-6 hours per night for as long as I can remember, sleep if for Emo's depressed chicks and old people, the less I sleep the more shit I can get done! Lift some weights or do some cardio daily. You will fall right the f*ck to sleep every night as soon as your head hits the pillow, and wake up seven or eight hours later feeling rested. :-)

If overweight - could be sleep apnea. Always go to sleep at the same time. Use bed - for sex and sleeping only. Don't take hot bath or shower just before going to sleep (although it seems to work for some). Same with exercises - do it in the afternoon not in the evening. Depressed mood is often the reason for waking up to early so think about this possibility. If you can't fall asleep at all try Zopiclone 3.75 mg just when already in bed. It will knock you out less then Temazepam on the following day. Diazepam - definitely not for you. Fresh air, exercises and regularity in your day activities usually help. Otherwise talk to sleep disorder specialist and have him prescribe Zopiclone - you can talk it for up to 2 weeks but then you will definitely have to go to a sepcialist. Hope this helps.
